Cyber security agency CERT-In has detected some vulnerabilities in WhatsApp. This has led to the threat of users leaking sensitive information. The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-India) has issued a very serious category advisory. It has been said that there are many vulnerabilities in WhatsApp, allowing the hacker to write code of their choice and use it and the sensitive data present in a system can achieve. These vulnerabilities are due to lack of investigation in the way of cache configuration and audio decoding. Users update their WhatsApp so that these vulnerabilities can be removed and imminent danger is avoided.
