The hostel policy at the Institute of Technology was simple and absolute: every room was co-ed, every bed was single, and no one was allowed to request a change.
Anvi and Anika were identical twins, twenty years old, and still virgin after fourteen months in the building. They had survived by discipline — backs to each other on the narrow mattress, careful turns while changing, refusals to every party invitation. Most people on their floor had already given in to the forced proximity. The twins had not.
That changed on a Thursday night in October.
The man who entered their room was a final-year PhD student named Faris. Tall, solid, with the calm authority of someone who had never needed to raise his voice to be obeyed. His father was a respected religious teacher; Faris carried that same certainty into everything he did. He was known, in quiet circles, for one particular preference: he liked to be the first.
He locked the door, switched off the overhead light, and sat on the only chair. For almost two hours he did not touch them. He only spoke.
He told them that remaining untouched in a place like this was no longer purity — it was denial. He said the single bed had already decided their future; the only question was who would enforce it. He spoke about duty, about the body, about how resistance only made the eventual surrender more complete. He never threatened violence. He simply refused to leave and refused to accept no.
By the time he stood up, both sisters were exhausted from arguing. Anika’s voice had already thinned. Anvi still held her jaw tight, but her eyes showed the first real crack.
Faris ordered them to undress. When Anvi hesitated, he simply waited, heavy and patient, until the silence itself became unbearable. Clothes came off. The twins sat side by side on the narrow bed, naked, the same body twice over, still closed to anyone’s touch.
He started with Anika.
He laid her down, spread her legs with deliberate hands, and looked at the untouched place between them for a long moment before he lowered his mouth. He licked her open with slow, thorough strokes until her thighs trembled and her breath turned uneven. Only when she was wet did he rise, position himself, and push inside in one continuous thrust.
Anika’s back arched. A broken sound left her throat. Faris held her hips down and kept going, deep and steady, watching her face while he took what no one else had taken. He fucked her through the pain until the pain began to change shape. When he finally came, he stayed buried inside her, grinding the last pulses against her cervix, before he pulled out and turned to her sister.
Anvi tried to fight. He pinned her wrists above her head with one hand and used his weight to keep her open. The first penetration made her cry out louder than Anika had. Faris did not slow down. He drove into her with the same measured force, claiming the second virginity of the night with the same focused satisfaction. Tears ran from the corners of Anvi’s eyes into her hair. He kissed them away without tenderness and kept thrusting until her body stopped trying to reject him.
He took both of them twice more before the night ended — once each on their hands and knees, once each with their legs over his shoulders so he could watch every expression. He made them look at each other while he did it. He made them acknowledge that the boundary they had protected for a year was gone.
When he finally dressed and unlocked the door, the twins lay tangled on the ruined sheet, legs weak, the evidence of their first time streaked across their thighs and the mattress. Faris looked at them once, satisfied, and left without a word of comfort or threat.
The next morning the floor smelled of festival sweets and departure. Most students were already on trains home for Diwali. Anvi and Anika stayed in Room 221. They showered in silence, changed the sheet, and sat on opposite ends of the same narrow bed that had held them through the night.
They no longer slept back to back.
Faris returned three nights later.
And the night after that.
The twins stopped refusing the door.
There was no longer anything left to protect.
